About Twinkle Twinkle

Twinkle Twinkle was formed by (the now) Mrs. Kirsteen Connell after a year or so searching for the perfect accompanyment for her wedding dress. 

"I discovered that when I looked for a show stopping tiara I was looking for something that didn't exist, everyone has their perfect tiara as a blueprint in their head and I couldn't find one similar and decided the only way to get this was to create my ideal one myself".

From this Twinkle Twinkle was born and bespoke was the way forward.  When planning a special occasion details are everything and the same dedication is given to your accessories therefore "What a Woman Wants she should Get" is Twinkle Twinkle's mission statement.
